Residential Security
Elite Private Patrol security officers are trained well above what is required by the State of California and are trained further for the property that they are to work. All are equipped with a radio to communicate with our dispatcher.
Below are just some of what our security officers can do for your Apartment Complexes and H.O.A Community:
- Walk throughout the property and be visible
- Lock up the laundry areas, doors and gates
- Make note of lights out and other maintenance issues
- Check in with office for office staff safety
- Respond to calls from dispatch when tenants call our dispatcher for complaints or suspicious activities
- Parking control, citations and towing if authorized
- Enforce the rules and regulations of your property
