On-site Security Officers
Elite Private Patrol provides highly trained armed and un-armed security officers to assist in the prevention, deterrence and detection of any illegal or unwanted activities that may occur at your property.
An On-Site Security Officer is a Security Officer who is situated at one site or one location. The advantage of an On-Site Officer is that you have a dedicated service and you are providing 100% visible security the total time that the On-Site Officer is on duty. The disadvantage is that it can be costly. It is important to analyze the costs verses the benefits when considering this security option over the Mobil Patrol.
Temporary Assignments, Firewatches & Emergency Service
Accident, fire, weather or other emergencies can cause a client’s residence or business to require temporary on-site security. Elite Private Patrol provides Emergency Standing Guard Service at the location until the property can be repaired or otherwise protected and secured.
Courtesy Patrol Service
Elite Private Patrol daily/nightly patrol services are an economical way for a property to have coverage over many hours without paying for an officer to be there the entire time.
Here is what our patrol service consists of:
- Patrol all areas in a highly visible marked patrol unit
- Foot patrol parking lot areas, sidewalks, and alleys
- Check and lock up laundry rooms and gates
- Respond to calls from dispatch when tenants call our dispatcher for complaints or suspicious activities
- Parking control, citations and towing if authorized
- Enforce the rules and regulations or your property
- Additional patrol units are dispatched when multiple calls for service are received
- Any other security duties that the client would request.
Bicycle Patrol Service
Bike patrol Service is suited for properties that have many tight spaces, walkways, etc. and large distance to cover, it would offer you and your tenants great coverage where a motorized vehicle, golf cart or patrol car is just not practical.
Our bike patrol officers undergo training to make sure that they are safe when working along with how to react around pedestrian and pets such as dogs who like to chase bicycles. In addition to the practicality of this choice, bike patrol is very visible and is great way to make sure that your service is noticed by all of the residents.
Parking Enforcement
One of the biggest problems that properties are facing is trying to control and enforce their parking regulations. On January 01, 2007, California Vehicle Code section 22658(a), which is the section that covers private property impounds, changed. It added additional regulations, and made it a criminal offence if a tow was made and the section was not followed EXACTLY as stated.
